Hi! I have a window that by Swisco that needs a part replacement. I attached the photo of the part I need. I will need one for the right and left side of the window.

what replacement should i order

I'm looking for balances for our Metal Industries windows. Windows are from the early 90's, purchased from Hechingers. The channels are approximately 1-1/4" Wide and 9/16" deep. 1/2" wide Flat spring steel between the upper piece and the lower piece(pivot for tilt windows). Thanks for any help. Ken ... (cont.)

Window is 24"height x 29"wide, weighs 14lbs 1 1/4" thick double pane vinyl window. A great many of these have failed, do you have anything to replace them?

I am looking for the replacement coils and the metal pins that extend from the bottom of the window into the coil mechanism. I also think I may have ordered from you company a few years ago but can not locate my invoice. The coils I ordered then worked perfectly.Thank you,TK

The plastic pivot lock shoe is snapping, causing the top windows to fall down and not go back up when the windows are unlatched. I can't find these replacement parts anywhere. Installed on a Certainteed/Mi Windows 1650 series.

When these windows were installed he said they were better built windows. Not sure if that helps. They were installed in 2005. I have 5 of these windows and all of the balances are broken. Let me know what else you need I know this isn't much to go on.
