I need a Window balance coil accessory part I need

These are out of an MI3500 series window. Can you identify these parts?

One side of the window coil broke and window not staying open firmly. I don't know what coil or parts needs to replaced. Can you please help in identifying the replacement parts from the pictures

Hello! I believe this an S190 Coil Balance Spring based on other comments I read, but I can determine how to read the weight on the spring from which direction. Is this a 6lb or 9lb spring? Thanks! Don

Do you stock these balances . It's for a single hung tilt window that's heavy.
