Dear Sir or Madam, some of my frinds window balancers are broken. Could you please help to identify which replacement balancer works? The size looks like 9/16 x 1 1/4. We need to replace a coil spring. Please see attached photos. (The full coil is not shown in Photo IMG_2668 because part of it snapped off). The coil is stamped #832. See IMG_2672. There are absolutely no markings anywhere unfortunately. These windows are original and the house was built in 2001 by Maronda Homes in Carnegie, PA (Carnegie Highlands). Looks like a double coil assembly, the pivot shoes do not look replaceable? No identifying numbers anywhere. This is the only window this size in our home. All the others are the same manufacturer but different sizes.

I have double hung vinyl windows. The window to the lower/inside has single coil balances and upper/outside has double coil balances.
