Do you have a window balance as in the attached picture?

I'm looking to replace all parts. The coil balance is broken but i might as well replace it all. Any suggestions? My local guy doesn't carry these parts.

The only identification on the coal is a number 8. What coil do I need?

Hello, I have an 18 year old, custom built home, with windows that are not identified with a manufacturer name or number. Two of my south facing windows won't stay up. This part broke. Picture with window open is where it fits. Need to know what matches for replacement please? And do I need to replace just the pivot shoe, or is it best to replace the entire coil balance assembly?

Coil measured 1/2" wide. Window is around 28" tall if that helps at all

I took this out of my window. There is the number "4" printed on the side of each metal strip. I am not sure if I can simply buy a full replacement or I need to buy several of the individual pieces. Thanks for your HELP!!
