Hi this window is mi 3500 and it won't stay open so I will need single coil balance and shoe.Thank you.

Sorry but I couldn't find any markings at all.We have 2 wide regular windows and 2 slim windows in which the coil springs have all broken so none of these windows will stay open anymore. We have Better Bilt windows in our home we installed around 2005-2007. About a year ago the spring that holds the window and helps it slide up and down broke while opening the window. COIL BALANCE SPRING has a 932 number on it. Can you tell me what one I need?

When I tried to get these replacement parts for my windows, the home depot said they needed to know what brand my windows are. The only indication of this is a number, G-X7166, which I assume is the serial number. Can you identify these parts and/or the brand of window based on that serial number? ... (cont.)

Broken tilt part

After washing windows, did something that caused both windows to slam shut. Image of shoe is of one that is still intact. 15- 180 appears to be the part. I just wanna know if that's the correct part with what you see in the picture. The coil balance shoe is broken. If I need any other parts that you see please let me know.

Hi- The stamping on the coil is "832". What coil and weight number do I need? The windows are single hung, tilt out windows. Thanks you.

its definitely a half inch coil balance. the only stamp on it i see is pictured. dont know if its a 9 or a 6.. can you tell?I have a double support detent clip and the color looks the same as a 9 so my guess would be 9 but please let me know your thoughts. ty!

Hi, the coil seems to be working just fine but the bottom locking shoe are broken on both side. . I have MI Windows and doors model series 8500.

Had a window in bedroom fogging up and had glass company change out the glass. After the glass was changed the window would not stay up. The Techs said the balances looked good, but thought balance was getting weak or the new glass installed was heaver than the original. Could not find any markin ... (cont.)
