I went to open the window this morning and it would only go up a couple of inches. lifting out the window I could see that the coil had snapped. I do not see any numbers or brand names on the window. This is upper sash coil and both sides are broken. This upper sash weighs 14.5 lbs. Can you tell me which replacement coil to order? thanks!

Both coils for one of our bathroom vinyl windows have broken. The window is double-hung with 1/2 screen. Sash is approximately 13 lbs; 26"W x 24"H in size and double pane. The coil is .517 inches or 13.13mm wide. Do you have replacement coils or two complete sets for both sides of window? If nec ... (cont.)

My lower window was recently replaced with new glass and now it will not stay up. The new window weighs 26.5 lbs. The existing 2 coils appear to be 8 lbs each. Options?

the measurement on rear and front is 4 1/4". The screws holes are 1 1/4 " on center.

Trying to find the replacement brake shoe as you can see the cam has broken out of the bottom over time. I am being advised to use both the double and single detent clips. If I move down the double clips I use the top screw hole one the double and also screw in the single, that way the whole apparatus is lower down and won't be showing nor interfering with the tilt latch. Hello. Can you please help me identify the proper replacement coil balance springs for my windows? They measure 1/2 inch wide and are Bronze in color. window balance is broken on left side of kitchen window that is about 35 - 36 high.would like to buy new hardware for both sides.-Greg

I need a 440/540 Double Spring constant force device and a drum as shown in the picture. The drum inner diameter is 3/8", the outer diameter is about 11/16", and the length is 1/2". Can you tell me the part numbers if you sell them? Thanks.
