I need a replacement Balance double coil. Length 3 15/16m width 1 1/4, thickness 9/16 1/12" spring. 1 each Also need the two T shaped pins, I am confused on the pins as my other windows same style only have a pin that is about 1 1/2" long.

Not able to select which coil balancer I need

Need to determine the replacement part for the attached photo of my pivot shoe which is 1/2" thick, 2" long, and 1 1/4"wide.

The strap has broke on the shoe assembly. I can find this part anywhere nor do I have a make or model number or the window

These parts come from a 17 years old vinyl widow. That wont stay up when we open it. I was told that thespring coil is defective. If you carry this parts please include instructions in how it works. The tape is marked with the # 8 just not sure what to order. It is a 1/2 in thickness

Window has no identifying marks or manufacturer name. Both sides of lower sash are broken

I am trying to locate this balance for our home windows. The home was built in the year 2000. I don't have any info on these windows. They were installed by Empire Builders. We live in Apex, NC 27502. Thank you for any help you can provide. James

Sorry but I couldn't find any markings at all.We have 2 wide regular windows and 2 slim windows in which the coil springs have all broken so none of these windows will stay open anymore. We have Better Bilt windows in our home we installed around 2005-2007. About a year ago the spring that holds the window and helps it slide up and down broke while opening the window.
