I need some replacements for several windows. They are coil balancers and are about 20 years old. The coils look fine but the pivot shoes have broken. Can I buy just the shoes and if so which ones do I need? Both coils attach on the sides. Please note most of the pictures are of a broken part. On ... (cont.)

Window won't stay up

in the pictures i am showing both sides of one of the springs but I will need to replace both the left and right springs as both are broken. I am not sure if they come in left and right so I am making a note of this.

Hello! I have a sash that would not stay open and discovered the shoe on the right hand side cracked into 3 pieces. I can see a number "8" carved into the spring just over the screw from the side view. What parts would you recommend? Thank you! Wellesley
