Attached please find photos of two window balances I am trying to identify so I can order replacements from you. I need to replace both balances. They come from a cottage window with the following visible glass sizes: 32.5"wide x 24"high and 32.5"wide x 36"high visible markings are: BR34 12#27 10-8 ... (cont.)

2 of the same, and 1 different ones i believe. numbers are as follows. BP29 12#27 8-86 BP29 12#27 8-86 BL21 10#31 10-85

I have 2 different size windows at the moment that I would like ballasts for. I have not found the numbers on line. one window has both a 11600-17 and 11600-3 its a 37.5 x 24 J39-519 10-87 window. The other is a 62x40 and it is a P78 12#31 1-86 I assume the last 10-87 and 1-86 are manufactu ... (cont.)

The numbers stamped on the old channel balance are - On the back: 11600-3 On the front: 11600-17 BP25 12#27 5 86 Thanks in advance for your help

I removed the right hand sash balance for my Andersen Window installed in 1966 glass size is 40 by 24. I was able to identify the number better on the left hand sash balance that is still installed in the window JJ 12 31 95. Dimensions of sash balance are 6 1/4 x 2 7/8 x 3/4 I also need sash balanc ... (cont.)

I have Anderson windows that have all about broken as Anderson insisted on putting tiny string on a window that weighs 22lbs each.They are double hung from approx 1986..Windows are approx 60" high and 48" wide None of the new replacement balancer part #s correspond with what I have.Please help.Thank ... For double-hung windows. 36" width X 28" height for glass measuring. There is a code printed on the old balance: T2 12#31 7 87. Please let me know what is the order number for that balance? Thanks.

Based on the numbers on my sash balancers I am needing to replace, I was looking to order your part #1226. However upon closer inspection I see a difference in the balancer where the pictures of your balancer shows it has a tab for the fasteners and the one I have does not.

Can you tell me which window balances I can use to replace the ones in the pictures. They are from the same window. It is an Andersen window.Thank you for your help.Helder
