We bought Andersen Sash Balances 24-531. The technician went to install them for the customer and they are not strong enough to hold up the sash. Is there a balance with a stronger lift ability along the lines of this product?

ndersen dbl. hung and each sash weighs 20 lb. ea., the balancers have markings that include (11600-A3) (11600-17) and (BD37 1227 10 88) what balancers should I buy?

I need this for Anderson double hung windows that have sashes that measure 40 inches by 24 inches.

Hello i pulled out the old balance on my windows. The codes in this order are H31, 12#31, 11-77. Which replacement balance do i need?

Right now, the only characters I can make out are HH 12 31 75. Seems more like a date than an id. Let me know please if this helps

Balancers that need replaced have the following marks: 11600-3 on one side BT1 1227 11 87 on the other side of the balancer Our house was built in 1987 so I imagine the last four numbers are mo/yr Thank you!
