My windows take 29" 385 series channel balance with 2380 stamped on it. I'm trying to figure out which top sash guides these are, or if there is a suitable replacement.

Hi I am lookimg for the balances and clips shown. I know the balance is 1/2 by 30 inches. I havent been able to find these parts locally. Are you able to assist?

Please help me identify which part this is. I ordered 18-018 last week but I ordered the wrong part.

Windows are from 2004 or 2005. No markings on brand of window or identity on the sash guide.

These r being used on jordan windows approx 34 yr old windows. Balancer used is 1/2 wide- 28in- 4-KJ - Caldwell . Also has # on balancer= 2840 F. Thank U very much !!

Channel balance S380 (29-4) 30". Currently have a top sash guide with the measurements of 1-9/16" long. Top width 7/8". Bottom width is 5/8". What is the correct top sash guide needed? Couple of top sash channel guide broke. The length is about 1 9/16 inches, width at the top is around 7/8 inches and width of bottom is around 5/8 inches
