Need to identify balances and sash guides for window.

I have 2 windows identification Kinco series Mark 40/50 HP H-LC50 53"x63" aluminum circa 2003 So I need four ballasts and instructions to remove and replace. Your thoughts

I have 6 kinco windows which need new plastic parts and/or balances. The balance on one window has 29 8(BSI sideways)16 (? smaller) stamped on it. The balances are spring/pulley. Also will need punches and rivets, particularly if I have to select sizes/depths. Some windows have a lot of side to side ... (cont.)

These are labelled "28 3" and "J H". The metal part of the balance is 29 inches long. I also wonder if I have the correct sash cam (photo 5006), because on this particular window, the balance has escaped and sprung up, despite none of the plastic pieces looking broken. I recently ordered 5/8 top sash guide 18-009 thinking it was the right one but its too short. Most of the measurements were the same except length. I ordered it along with S390-29 29" channel balance of that helps. Any help on which sash guide I need would be appreciated. Tried looking at other pic ... (cont.)

I was finally able to find a guy to remove my window in order to take photos. It looks like your 1/2" TOP SASH GUIDE Product Code: 18-036 but you're the experts. Also took a photo of another plastic piece that I could use but do not know its name.

After struggling to find a correct balance for my windows, Swisco provided me a link to a custom balance, which I ordered. (D194610, 1529069) I attempted to replace the balancers this weekend. Hi Have a couple broke balances and a few window sash guides broke. Metal balance is 30"x 1/2" with winged top and bottom nylon pieces Any help would be appreciated Brad

Here's what I'm thinking, in the past other maintenance people have put in whatever they thought could work. Not all units are the same . So I was hoping you can help me with finding the proper one that goes with this style window, that way I can just stock the right balance and proper end pieces so ... (cont.)

Both sides are broken. This is the largest piece that I could glue together. The part that fits into the channel is 5/8" wide and 7/16" deep.

I am installing chanel balances I bought from swisco and these guides (I think) are broken. Do you have them in stock?

I have purchased wrong top sash guides twice. 18-009 and 18-166. order#1340665 and 1496543. I pieced together a broken guide and the dimensions are: Top=1" wide screw holes from top= 1/4" and 1" hook from top= 3/4" shaft=1/2" wide length=1 5/8" the original channel balance was marked 26E. Hi Guys! I thought I had this figured out and ordered the 18-188 But the dims are SLIGHTLY off and there is a small lip on this piece of the top box that isn't on the 18-888. Do you have something closer to this? Let me know. Thank You! :)

It is the clip or whatever it is called that is attached to lower window sideS and it brings Or holds the balance As window goes down.
