I purchased 2 sash lifts (not sure of nomenclature) from you a few months ago. They work great, but will not stay in the window track. There must be a part I'm missing. Please help. Thank you.Craig

Home inspector said window balance is broken. We found the broken plastic piece shown on the sill. I also sent pictures of the identified left side broken balance still in the channel and a photo of the intact/not broken balance on the right side of the window for reference. Those are installed to my window by the company who build the house on 2001, many of those parts are broken and the windows does not stay up

Sash cam with a single hole at the top (most seem to have it at the bottom). length: 1 5/16 width top: 15/16 width bottom: 5/8 depth: 1/2

I am looking to replace some channel guides on what I think are Kinco windows. I believe they would be your 380 model as I measured the shoe, and it has a 1" depth. The stamp indicates 28 4, which I think translates to your 2840; however the sash actually weighs 16 lbs; so should it be 2830. Plea ... (cont.)

There's no markings at all. Any idea which part number this would be?

Parts needed: black plastic catch at top of window that catches the top of the channel balance. It is held in the window channel by a screw.Also need about 2 ft of tan colored vinyl trim that snaps into a channel on the perimeter of the window. thx paul

Just ordered and received my channel balances. Perfect size etc, thanks. But it appears the top sash guides are broken on a number of my windows. Didn't know it until I tried to put my window in place and it wouldn't hook into the channel balance. So I need some new top guides. I sent pictures and a ... (cont.)

I tried the 18-110 sash guides but they didn't fit. Can you think of something?

Hi, It appears to be that the window balances are still in good working order. However, they do not stay down because the little plastic pieces that attaches to the top of the window that keeps the balance held down is broken.
