We have Milgard windows and one balancer just broke. I am sure they will all start breaking sooner or later. Is there an exact replacement you can recommend? Part measures 1-1/2" tall x 7/8" wide x 1/2" deep. I need the part number so as to order overnight.

I need new sash guides. I think the 18-166 sash guide is correct, but I don't know how to identify the correct channel balance. The balance is 29 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. It does not have a winged base to top, so I think the Series 351 is what I need. The numbers stamped on the side are 28 ... (cont.)

I have many windows to work on in my house. The house was built in 2006. This balance is for my dining room, a single hung, non tilt window. the serial # on balance is 2990 38. see pictures. All measurements seem to match your 30" S380 series balance. The bottom sash weighs 33 pounds.All windows in ... (cont.)

I have a number of Kinco windows which I believe all need the plastic parts replaced...at a minimum the top sash guides. The windows are various sizes but were all purchased at the same time and the parts look similar w/o removing the various windows. Assuming they are the same part I need 2 d ... (cont.)

Hello Swisco Experts, I need to replace the top sash guide for my Window World vynal windows, along with a few channel balances and would appreciate some help identifying the correct replacement parts. There is no stamps on the channel balance. They appear to 1/2 inch wide and 30 inch in length. Four windows (8 balances) that measures approximately 50x32. Markings printed on the channel balances differ from window to window.

The plastic guides located on the top corners of my window sash broke and allowed the window sash to drop and the springs to fly up. The spring assemblies appear to be ok but the plastic clips that hold the spring assembly down are broken. I have included a photo of the label affixed to the window f ... (cont.)

Need to replace the sash guide for all our windows please help

While installing my just received (this morning) SWISCO Balance Springs it was identified that the top window sash cams are not grabbing onto the new springs. Im searching for top replacement window sash cams for my windows. See pictures for assistance:

2740H on block/tackle spring, length is 28. Dimensions on photo of sash spring guides were done with tape measure and not a caliper, so not down to 32nd. Need 6 springs and 6 guides. Thanks! Jeremy
