My original lock seems to fit the dimensions of this one but I need the lock without the face plate. Can it be unscrewed?

A similar part is part no. 82-238

RE: Keeper 89-030. I have that part on my sliding glass door (see attached picture) however it is missing the center stem that sticks out to allow the locking mechanism to lock. The picture online does not show the center stem. Does it come with it and is it available by itself.

Do you have a replacement for this lock?

The external tab on my anti-slam button (A-shaped internal metal part within the mortise lock assembly) has sheared off. Can I purchase the anti-slam button part separately or do I have to purchase an entire 82-238 mortise lock assembly?

i need a replacement lever that fits the certainteed Double Hook Mortise Lock. Part no. 82-238 Here are some pictures of the handle I have. Hope it helps in determining which lever I need.
