Hello, I am desperately looking to replace a mortise and door handle for a patio door. It seems that it has been manufactured in New Zealand. The space between the 2 screws is just below 5 inches. Is it something you could help me with? Thanks Francois

I have a sliding glass door hande, where everything is great, except the metal part unit in the center that holds the latches. Hi Swisco team, I am looking for parts for my patio door. It measures 3-15/16" and I can't tell if it is centered or offset. Do you have anything that could fit?

I am moving into a place and the lock lever is stuck in the open position and will not move into the position, allowing the lock to engage. We also don't have the key. I'd like to order sufficient parts for everything to be replaced. Can you recommend which parts I should order?

HI - I am not certain if this is a Swisco lock. My Patio lock is broken. The bottom hook does not move. Do you have a patio lock I can retrofit?

The broken piece is the white lever that toggles the lock from inside the house. It goes with the 82-238 mortise lock. Trying to see if I can get a replacement part for just the lever arm.

Lock is only a lever interior lock. Double latching hooks that lock(engage) bracket mounted to door fram side. Bracket is approx 6" long, and 3/4" wide mounted inside of door track
