Hello, the lever stopped working for my Milgard sliding glass patio door installed in 1995. The lever looks broken. The double hooks in the mortise also seem stuck. And i couldn't wiggle the mortise lock out of the opening.

Doesn't actuate. Bought the house 2 years ago, and it has never worked. Need to know how to adjust it to work.

I can't find brand but the inside handle broke and I need help to identify the part name or number I need to order.
