Hi, The lock which goes into the frame is broken. It's a Better Built window. The window slides up and down and tilts. Please let me know if you need additional information.

I have Better Bilt tilt windows installed in a 2002 home. Some windows have become difficult to open and close. I have not attempted to adjust the tension on the balances. Not sure whether or not to do any kind of maintenance on the hardware or just replace them. Is there any trouble shooting method ... (cont.)

My bottom window falls toward it house interior because the latches are broke. I have Aluminum double hung windows. I need both a right and left latch. Thank you

The part is lose and does not stay together. It wont fit the spring comes out have to tape it together.

These pivot bars slide into into the bottom (tilting) window and are spring loaded in a track. I found your corner tilt latches, part # 26-351, fit perfectly! But cannot seem to find a pivot bar. Your part # 26-375 for a Better-Built pivot bar did not seem the same. Mine have a square bar insert on ... (cont.)

The brand is Alenco. I need several of the lapsing loaded window locks.The locks are on the edge of the window not the middle.
