Our sliding screen patio door is not working properly. Appears one of the rollers on the bottom is broken and the rubber piece is dry rot. the wheel itself is 1 3/16" in diameter.

Hi, This is what the wheel assembly looks like, I broke the wire part off removing it. This does have a metal wheel, not plastic other than that it looks like an 84-101. What do you think? Replacement patio screen door rollers seem to have very weak pivot point clamps. Do yours actually stay in place?

Do you have the 84-101 in all metal including roller, for patio sliding screen door? If not, where could I find this item. Neith Home Depot or Lowe's seem to have it. Thanks. Judy

I do not know how to remove the roller holder inside the frame after I remove the long crew without potentially damaging the part. The wheel is 1 1/4" OD the wheel width is about 3/8" or 5/16". I included 4 photos. I think the product code number 84-101 is my best guess as to the right replacement ... (cont.)

Your item # 84-101 looks like the bottom rollers needed to replace those on my patio sliding screen door excepting that the wheels measure 1 3/8" in diameter. The metal rollers and housing are rusting so the nylon wheels and stainless steel housing seems ideal. Do you carry any rollers with a 1 3/ ... (cont.)
