15-186 Coil Balance Clip

Hey, have several windows that have just one side where the coil balance snapped. I don't know if the top plastic and bottom piece come with a new coil bablance, or if you just order the coils. We usually use "96m Constant Force Balance System #7 or 740" that is what we have ordered and its very generic off of amazon. This does not seem to be the correct weight for some of the windows we have and I am completely unsure how to go up in weight. Like what do I order.

Do you sell this part?

Windows won't stay up and house inspector told us it's because of these balancers. Do you carry these if they are indeed the balancers?

I did not see any markings on the single coil balance, and don't see a matching pivot bar in your system to try and match it up. Just looking to replace the complete balance assembly and shoes.

Hello, I am needing a little help. My window won't open and close anymore and I need to change the coil balance and spring, but after looking at the parts, the only number I can find printed on is the #8. Coil has number 8 stamped on it. All parts seem operable but window is still falling. I'm assuming coil has failed. Can you tell me which coil I'll need for replacement? Thanks
