We have a window that can be open by sliding up and down on both sides of the frame. There is a coiled spring that help to carry the weight of the window. I had a window made by MI Windows and Doors, Inc. and the coil balance was broken and could not hold the opened windows. The window is MI 8500 series (WxH 85in x 75in). How can I identify the right coil balance parts from yours and replace with the broken ones. Your help is greatly appreciated. ... (cont.)
