Upper window in my double hung is hagging and wont stay up. This is the balance and I need a new set.

Hello, I am looking to replace the coil balance assemblies for a window. shoe width ; 1.25 shoe depth ; .5 coil spring thickness ; .5 8lb spring rating. There appear to be two coils in the assembly, but I am unsure if this is a single coil that snapped or if I must replace both. Thank you in ... (cont.)

Double Home window one side has a broken one

The window won't stay up. We couldn't find any names, numbers or markings etc. The pictures are of 2 parts that fit in the right hand side jamb channel. The spring mechanism looks kind of loose and bent and very different than one on the left side.

The distance between the 2 holes is 1.25 inches.

We need complete part for replacement

I need replacement left and right coil spring cartridges. These measure approximately: 1-3/4"L x 5/8"W x 1/2"D These are double hung insulated vinyl windows that are about 25yrs old. Thanks.

These are pictures (from an identical window that is working properly) of the parts I need to fix two MI single hung windows that will not stay up when raised. Hi I havea MI window and door 3500 SH 12675845.4. The window doesn't stay open. From what I'm learning, the shoe plastic is broken.
