I titled the window and dismount the window. Attached pictures shows one of the sash lock is broken (a plastic piece)

I have 5 windows that have these assemblies, but they are broken and will not stay up when the lower sash is lifted. I hope you're able to identify the assembly with the photos of the assembly and the ID tag that was on the window.

There is no writing on any of it. From base of window to top of white part is approx 32in. Can clearly see one side complete missing the shoe, and the other side the shoe has a crack at the bottom therefore not supporting anythingPics of it uninstalled. Unable to find right sided shoe ... (cont.)

I need replacement coil spring balancers for two windows. I am unable to find any identifying markings, serial numbers, weight ratings, etc. Pictures are uploaded. House is in a development in Southern New Jersey, built new in 2003.

I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself. I need the entire piece for each side of window. I cannot find a part # or have a photo not installed. Window about 30 yrs old. They are tilt double pane windows.

I need window balancers for two windows. They seemed to be the same windows. One window sash weighed 19.4 lbs approximately and the other was 20.4 lbs approximately.
