I have a 28.5" x 18.5" window sash with a coil balancer and the coil broke (not certain of the weight). The old balancer doesn't appear to be from Swisco so the pictures may not be helpful but y'all seem to be the experts in window balancers so I'd like to replace it with a Swisco coil balancer. ... I have a MI window where part of the outer -upper sash has broken- one of the parts as shown in IMG 3249 with the second picture IMG 3258 showing the same part on a different window that is still working well. Do you sell these parts? Can it be replaced in the outer track?

There is a number, 640, stamped on the spring just below the screw. I did not find any numbers on the lock mechanism. I can get a weight on the sash if that helps. Thank you, Ed

I'm looking to replace all the hardware that is shown on the pictures. I don't see any special markings like letters or numbers on any of the existing parts. My windows are 20 years old if that's of any help.

There are no visible markings on the coil. Builder grade windows from MI from 17+ years ago. I ordered 2 of your S161-10 parts but they dont work. Can you tell me the correct parts to order and if I can use some of what I have already purchased. Thank you
