I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself. I need the entire piece for each side of window. I cannot find a part # or have a photo not installed. Window about 30 yrs old. They are tilt double pane windows.

I need window balancers for two windows. They seemed to be the same windows. One window sash weighed 19.4 lbs approximately and the other was 20.4 lbs approximately. Hello, Hello.I've attached the only P/N for the window assembly that i could find. The window dimensions are written in on the window frame photo. The house was built in 1999/2000 I believe, and it seems that numerous windows have at least one coil balance broken, but I don't see any pivot shoes bro ... (cont.)

I'm trying to replace the coil balance in the attached photos. No markings, names or numbers that I can see. The one on the left is broken (pictures are from the unbroken one on the right side of the window). I suspect these are original to the windows (20+ years old). The window weighs ~15.4 lb ... Windows in house with about 30 or so are all the same and have no manufactures mark. House builr by Ryan Homes in South Carolina. These barrel spings are starting to break and window will not stay up. I would like to order replacements from you but do not know exactly how. Please advise if you can ... (cont.)
