Hi. Window weights 17 pounds. Their are 2 coils on each side of the window. The 2 coils are attached to each other. The coil is 1/2 inch wide. Thanks.

I need some help identifying the compatible model for this window balancer. I just moved to U.S. and have never dealt with this kind of window system before. I am attaching pictures of both sides, where one seems to be broken and the other one seems to be "okay". Thank you!

I have tilt-in vinyl windows with these coil balances. One picture shows the cover removed from the top (fixed) coil roller. The coil itself has "740" stamped into the metal. No other markings exist. Good morning, The coil balancers on my MI Windows in my bathroom have both snapped. One broke over the winter and it still would support the window, but now both have broke.
