I have multiple windows that will need cranks but I want to start with just this one. My contractor ask for this one a hinge and a crank but the other windows just seem to have crank problems. I need help to identify the correct operating mechanisms for two of my Crestline replacement windows installed in 2003. Window description is provided in photos. The operator arm has Truth 31850 on it.

It says TRUTH on all the parts and there are the following part numbers on the unit: Base: 45251 Middle arm piece: 31850 Also, I can't take the cover off the crank so I think the one I need will have to have it attached.

I need to replacements for 4251 / 31850 cranks.
