39-316 Truth Dyad Operator

I need help finding one casement crank operator for a 30x60 window that opens to the right, and a crank assembly (where the handle connects). The truth model #'s are: 6D703 and 31850. The long crank arm is 5.5" long. Upload photo button did not work.

I need a crank for my casement window. Th picture identifies the number 6D507. If there is a serial number where would I find it? Thank you Richard

I ordered parts to repair a 7500 series window, which I received. However, the operator arms are not the appropriate size to accommodate the window. This looks to be a GU manufactured window, There aren't any part numbers listed on the crank.

The extender has the k look otters G-U on it. The windows are about 6' tall so there's a lot of pressure on this part when cranking it open. Because the base is broken the handle just spins with no effect on the window. What part do I need?
