39-316 Truth Dyad Operator

Window cranks have aged and cracked with use. Needing to obtain some replacements. Attached is a photo of what we have. The base, and the handle both measure just about 4" long.

Window crank, not sure which truth part it is. It's stripped inside the screw area of the crank

I ordered the wrong window cranks. Order number 3233330. They are the same but have one bend that makes them not work. If I could get the right ones I will place an order. Thank you

I had a ROW Casement get caught by the wind in a storm. I need to replace all the hardware, crank mechanism, the linkage top and bottom, and the tracks top and bottom. Hey Swisco .. this window is about 17 years old and i dont know the manufacturer. Pictures 3 and 4 show where the replacement hardware would go to open/close thw window. thanks in advance for the help. Joe G

Hi I'm trying to replace my casement window mechanism as its broken and won't fully open or close. Please see photos attached.

The teeth in the gears are stripped and you have to push the window from the outside to open. It is a truth product from about 2008. The first arm measure 4.5 inches from the finished housing to the outer end. The second arm measure 5 inches. The bracket is 3 inches. Looking for replacement right an ... (cont.)

9D504 is stamped on the left opening hinge shown above. 9D903 is stamped on the right opening hinge shown above. I need both right and left opening kits including handles which are stripped out. Please let me know part number and order process.

The operators I need resemble both the 39-318 and the 39-171 but the lengths of the individual arms are not identical. Please check the compatibility. Thanks, David

Hello, I’m trying to find a left and right replacement stud bracket for some windows. Attached are some photos. The operator is a truth Dyad 39-315 if that helps. If needed, I could go remove the part for better pictures and measurements.
