I need a pivot shoe for my window but I dont' know the make of the window. Double Hung vinyl. House was built in 1996. Roughly te pivot show if about 5/8 deep. The only stickers I can find on the window show: 1DHSTW 247866 (ref no) 1 (line) 1 (seq) 32-1/16 x 22-5/8 Grid 3x2 I also need bottom weathe ... (cont.)

I don't know the make of the windows, the shoe glide measures 5/8" x 1 1/4" x 2"window has consecutive numbers one is GRD-M-137521-EI looked at your inventory and found nothing that looks like it will fit the window swivel arm......

I need a pic or video of how to assemble the s180 coil into the 15-187 coil housing pivot. Please tell me the 26-422 pivot bar fits into this new housing. Need a pic or video of how the this works

Hello, I need help identifying the parts for a aluminum framed single pane double hung window. The window has tilt. I am looking for the pivot locks or a replacement for the pivot locks. Attached are pictures of what I have.

Pivot shoe pictured = 5/8" x 2" x 1 1/4" Pivot bar pictured = approx 4" x 1" Will Pivot bar code 26-056 and Pivot shoe code 15-047 be replacements. I need to replace a lot of pivot lock shoes in my apartment windows. They are all broken. I am not exactly sure which ones I have. I already purchased 15-047 Pivot Shoe which seams to be a little loose where the pivot bar goes in. The old Pivot Shoe rectanglar slot measures 11/32" W x 7/32" H with a little center drop lip inside. On your Web site Pivot Shoe 15-187 & 15-047 have the same outside Dim. will 15-187 fit better? ... How are they removed or put in the track (15-187)? It looks like you have to remove the window and take it apart to replace one.
