39-318 Truth Split-Arm Operator

Good morning .... I'm hoping that you can help me with casement window repair parts. I believe the windows are Castle windows. Left and right opening assemblies. The actuator and hinges appear to be Truth. I have looked on the website, but I want to make sure that I am looking at and ordering the ... (cont.)

THe hardware says it is Del Mar Toronto. It seems the arm and the crank are one unit. I also need the latch hardware. I need 3 latches, 1 left side and 2 right side crank hardware.

What is your recommendation for a replacement operator

need new crank for silverline 3150 or 3160 window. gears in crank don't work. one arm is marked delmar toronto.

Hi, I am trying to see if you might have a replacement mechanism that will direct fit this existing mechanism. I am trying to repair 5 windows with the same failed mechanisms. I have measured all linkages and will provide whatever info may be needed. I really appreciate the help! ... (cont.)

The crank is not doing what it's supposed to do, the handle just rotates freely.

Company that installed can't help me with crank replacement. From inside it's 4 1/2" long and comes out 1 3/4" from window and about 1 3/4" high.

Hello, Could you please tell me which hinge sets i should order to replace the ones in the photos . I would like to replace bothe right and left windows The hinge base on the window frame is 9-1/2 inches and the window hinge arm is 5-1/2 inches Thank you for your assistance Reid

The latches say Delmar Toronto on them. The crank bracketk says Truth on it and has the number 21550 on it.

I have two Hurd Casement windows and both crank assemblies are stripped. The window frames are wood. I am attempting to remove the crank mechanism from the frame. Looking for a couple (L&R) Truth casement window operators. The handle is white and the old number I see on the bars/hinge is 21550. Any help is appreciated. Jim

Can anyone help me identify this casment door hinge and locking mechanism. Need to replace because they are broken.

The white part is 4 and 1/4 inches. For the grey horizontal, the measurement from where the diagonal begins on the white part it’s 3 and 3/4. But from the middle of the white part to the end of the horizontal part it’s 4 and 3/4. Then the grey diagonal handle is 3 and 3/4 ... (cont.)

Hi. I am looking for replacement crank mechanisms and lock handles for my windows. The only numbers I can find on crank hardware is Wright, AMS, and the number 6092. These windows were installed in the late 80's as part of a home addition.

Need an Operator, Hinge and Lock for the window. (He said there isn't an OffSet on the Link Arm.) Thank you.
