The existing truth hardware operates fine if removed from the window. If attached then only works to open the window and can't close. Looks like the thread but pops up

The arm says Del Mar Toronto. Casements haven't been opened in years, and I'd love to replace hardware and get them fixed. Any guess as to what parts you might have to replace? Thanks!

Hey here's the Truth cranks I have. They're off a Marvin window from many years ago. Looks like your product 39-317 and 318 are same - except my 4" arms have a slight dogleg bend in them.
