5-6 years ago the right side of my casement window needed an operator replacement, and the kind ppl here were able to help me identify which part I should get to replace it. looking for replacement Truth casement operator - installed on Marvin Integrity windows Original model #45251. Purchased new 39-318 and 39-317 as replacements and they were too short and didn't close the window. Is there another model that we could use.

Hi, I think its Product Code: 39-172..but not sure. This house was built year 2000, in case that helps...and if you zoom in, it just says "Truth", but no serial number. I would like to purchase a few of these if it fits my windows. Thank you

I need 2 left cranks and 2 right cranks. The one in the photo is #45251. Don't know if it is right or left. Anyway, our casement window cranks are blown out. That is 2 for right and 2 for left.
