Hello, I need the full system to replace the window operators. Windows are not closing completely. I need two; one left and one right. The pictures are only showing the window opening for the left. Best, Samar

Please see the attached pictures. This most closely matches part number 39-315 but with a shorter link arm. Is there a direct replacement available with a shorter link arm? The number stamped on the link arm is 20810.

Aloha! My windows are only about 10 years old but the humidity has missed the mechanisms. The crank is ok, the hinge is ok but what appears to be rusting out is the mechanism that connects the crank to the hinge. Name on Hardware is Delmar Hardware Canada Canadian patent number 2012722 US patent number 4980947 I believe the manufacturer's part number was 55175999

Need help identifying this operator in my casement window. It is the left side of a casement bay window and the interior gear slips. It is labeled as Truth however the window itself has no labeling. It is a bay window installed in 2002.

Assumed these were Pella windows but was just told by a Pella rep they are not. Need to order a couple.
