I need a replacement sash balance for a double hung Andersen window that is 34" wide, 54" length. The markings on the sash balance we have currently are 11600-17 on the body of the unit and 827 K78 1153 on the "lip" of the unit by the staple.

Hello, I need replacement sash balances for this Andersen window. I believe it's a 200 series Narrowline and I need the 837. The bottom sash measures approx 28.5"W x 24"H. Thank you, Paul

I have retrieved the bal. from the window. I'm confused on the size. When I look for it on your sight the numbers are a little different. What should I order for these #'s 11600-17 827 And is there a left and right? or one can go on each side?????

I am looking for anderson sash balances, but cannot match the stamped numbers to the ones on your website. There are 10 stamped BL6 10#31 10-84, and 2 stamped D97 8#31 2-84.
