i am looking for a multi-point lock for a casement window similar ROTO 38-139 37 mm fork, but the housing is 4 inches, and center of hole to hole is 3 1/2". Can 38-139 can fit into a 4" housing. Thanks.

Hi, I was directed to this page from a previous email I have sent to you guys. I have attatched 2 images of the lock handle I need. If you can please send me an email back as soon as possible in order to discuss which parts I need to fix my window lock.

I have Cascade windows, and on one my my casement windows the latch for the lock broke (it just flops up and down, but won't lock the window). I assume I need a new latch? I've attached a picture of the latch below. Thanks, Mark

I found no brand name on the lock but on the window the manufacturer is listed as SNE Enterprises. The home was built 2006/07

I am trying to find replacements for failing Multi-Point Locks for my 15 year old Vetter vinyl casement windows. Vetter went out of business in 2008 and I need a dozen or so Multi-Point Locks for failed locks and future failures. The Multi-Point is similar to the Roto Multi-Point Lock with 37mm Fork ... (cont.)

The label on the latch says 'Truth'. My window is 47" high X 28" wide. The latch is the right hand side window. It is locked now and I cannot open it.

It's a latch that meaures 4.5 inches long and is 5.5 inches long if you count the moving latch handle. The latching mechanism inside does not move when the latch is moved up or down. it appears to be stripped.
