I have been advised to use the subject balance to replace the Series 850. Also to use an 26-021 pivot bar which differs from my current pivot bar. My current bar inserts into the bottom frame and has predrilled holes that match. Please see attachment and advise.

I have windows with the 850 Block and Tackle style balances. However I need 28-1/2" and 32-1/2" long. I see you saying to use the 795 series. What is the width of the channel of the 795 series? Want to make sure it will fit in the space I have which is 1/2". Also looks like their phasing out the 850 ... (cont.)

From what I see, the Series 850 is the right replacement for my balances. I cannot find any Info besides Code:PAT Spec:NFRC Series: 1100/1200SH MST:4060. From internet search this seems appropriate replacement. Can you verify? Too, are these easy to install? Looks like you just put pin on window int ... (cont.)

Hi, I am looking for the block and tackle rods for vinyl MW windows. Plastic clip on the top of the block and tackle have started to break.

We have single hung, tilt MW windows with broken balances that need to be replaced. By our measurements it would appear that we need them about 32.5? long which you do not seem to have. I am looking for a pivot bar like the following two pictures. The only identifier on the bar is the #4. Make of window unknown. The bar is rounded on one end. The other end has a small lip that comes out on either side of the bar. Can you help? Thanks! Bettina
