26-366 Vinyl Window Sash Pivot Bar

I can't remove the part then the window will fall completely out. Its the spring that is inside the frame to make the window go up and down. The window is 64" long and the spring measured at 53" not sure what else I can do? Let me know if this will help to get a replacement part. Thank you ... (cont.)

Updating my old crossbow balances. The hole spacing of the pivot bar 26-366 is a match with old pivot bar. However, the new bar doesn't stick out as far; it's about 1/4" short, so it doesn't reach all the way to engage the balance. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Goes in bottom of sash into balancer. Sash pin?

I have previously order replacement window balance hardware S850-34 with black 1 1/4 width shoe. I think the S850-34 is discontinued. Can you give me the list of replacement hardware that is now available.

I have two Better Bilt tilt windows from about 1996 that have broken pivot bars. The bars are 2 1/2 x 5/16 x 3/16. The shoes are 1/2 x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. The nylon housing has become damaged due to the rusted bar. What would be the best replacement parts for these window parts?

I purchased 15-118 to replace the pictured pivot shoes. The new pivot shoe will not allow me to hook the spring tip without modificatio. I bought 8 28 inch series 795 Channel balancer but the old pivot bar doesn't work with the new shoe. The bar is a little too long and the round tip a little too big. May be I have to cut it off. The bar doesn't look like your 26-318. I think 26-021 may not fit. But I need to order 8 new bars. ... (cont.)
