is there a part that allows one to open or close a casement window that is overhead, with a long rod style handle?

Something we can put on the splined shaft to operate it via the hex-ended pole...

The articulated part attaches to the window crank "nub". When in place, a long aluminum pole (approx 9' long) with a hook on the end is used to connect and turn the part. Current skylights approx 15 yrs old in kitchen and require standing on chair to operate. Handle has a #10 on the underside of the stem and the #s 9456-2C just below the hole that attaches to the post on the window. Couldn't find any brand identifiers. I'm looking for an extra-long crank extender, at least 24" for a Milgard Tuscany V4000 2 casement, fixed middle, window. The kitchen sink window is (stupidly) recessed 4 feet. Can you please recommend an extender? Many thanks.
