I would like to purchase 6 lefts and 6 rights for the balance assembly. Also 2 of the broken pivot pieces. I will also attach the stickers from the windows. My number is 267 615 7830. Thank you kindly

The plastic piece that screws into the sash spring assembly is broken. This is the weak link in the design as 5 of these pieces have broken on the house. Double hung simonton vinyl window balance is broken.

When opening the window, the window cannot be stay ..One window is a double coils spring .other window is Single coil. I don't know which one poured I should order please let me know as soon as possible thank you so much

The above pictures looks like what I have but what I was sent looks completely different. The paperwork says 15-192. I don't understand. It looks like what I was sent looks a lot bigger.

I ordered the 15-192 pivot shoe but I think it's the wrong size. Is there anyway you could determine the size I need by the window latches I bought? They fit perfect and I'm hoping the size coincide. It is just too big to slide. Thank you
