I have recently ordered & received shoes part # 15-180 which are too thin. They're only a 1/2" deep or thick. I have also requested a return of these parts and if you have the parts I have pictured, I would like to order those. Thank you, Mr. John Marino

A pivot lock shoe on one of my Sears double hung windows broke. The broken part was thrown out, but attached are photos of it installed. I'm trying to replace it but don't know which one it is. I submitted some images previously but never heard back. I need to know which part to order. The plastic part that holds the pivot shoe broke but I'm afraid to remove the balance assembly completely because it's the front window of my home. This is a coil balance spring I need a replacement for two sides. don't know the manufacturer. It is shown in two pieces as it is broken. It has a number stamped into it. 344

I have many sashes with these broken pivot shoes that fall apart when I tilt the windows in for cleaning. They come apart and slide down the tracks.
