This is a coil balance spring I need a replacement for two sides. don't know the manufacturer. It is shown in two pieces as it is broken. It has a number stamped into it. 344

I have many sashes with these broken pivot shoes that fall apart when I tilt the windows in for cleaning. They come apart and slide down the tracks.

I am trying to replace a broken part that keeps the top window sash from sliding down without locking the window. Hi. I am in need of some parts for my simonson windows. The part in question is the nylon piece which attaches to the spring that holds the window. The only identifier on the part is the number 409. I have included pictures. Is this a part you carry? Thanks, Brett

One pivot shoe carrier is broken and other is about to break. Looks like the coil balance assy is ok. The only marking is on the coil itself stamped 409, see picture. The side of the plastic bracket for the dual coils is the word CHINA and the number 1 on one and number 2 on the other. Keith ... (cont.)

I have Sears Double-hung windows. I assume they are 15-20 years old. Two of the pivot lock shoes have broken off. I have not been able to find the exact matches. The shoes run on a 1.25" wide track.
