Hi. I am in need of some parts for my simonson windows. The part in question is the nylon piece which attaches to the spring that holds the window. The only identifier on the part is the number 409. I have included pictures. Is this a part you carry? Thanks, Brett

One pivot shoe carrier is broken and other is about to break. Looks like the coil balance assy is ok. The only marking is on the coil itself stamped 409, see picture. The side of the plastic bracket for the dual coils is the word CHINA and the number 1 on one and number 2 on the other. Keith ... (cont.)

I have Sears Double-hung windows. I assume they are 15-20 years old. Two of the pivot lock shoes have broken off. I have not been able to find the exact matches. The shoes run on a 1.25" wide track. I have a Certainteed vinyl window where both coil balances are broken. I attached pictures of the window, label and coil (broken parts at bottom & top of window area). The window is from 1997. Hi, this is John I have a dbl hung window with both top and bottom panes dropping when opened. I am not there so only have the attached label pictures to go by. From what I am finding they may be Simonton windows? There are 3 windows in the unit and I would like to rebuild them all if possible. C ... (cont.)

I hope you can help me with this. The springs are broken on both sides there is a marking 3010 on each spring. It looks like they come all in one unit for each side. I have 10 Certainteed windows in my house, this one I put in in 1999
