Hi, this is John I have a dbl hung window with both top and bottom panes dropping when opened. I am not there so only have the attached label pictures to go by. I hope you can help me with this. The springs are broken on both sides there is a marking 3010 on each spring. It looks like they come all in one unit for each side. I have 10 Certainteed windows in my house, this one I put in in 1999

The coil balance has the number 405 and 406 . The four pivot shoe are broken. I hope I can find the parts

Hello.I am getting some 15-192 pivot shoes. I have a 3-4 broken ones in 20 windows. 11 use the double coil and 9 use the single coil. These were installed in 1/12/2010. Is there a known issue with the pivot shoes that are causing these failures? I ask to determine if I get all new pivot shoes for al ... (cont.)

25 year old vinyl replacement window.. the metal recoil in the balance snapped. That helps raise an lower the sash.. I need 4 of them

But I have one that is completely broken in half that goes in the left side of the window and the window has a port that fits in the metal circle and that's the part thAt Allows the window to move up and down...I also submitted a picture of the label that says who mak ...
