The coil balance has the number 405 and 406 . The four pivot shoe are broken. I hope I can find the parts

Hello.I am getting some 15-192 pivot shoes. I have a 3-4 broken ones in 20 windows. 11 use the double coil and 9 use the single coil. These were installed in 1/12/2010. Is there a known issue with the pivot shoes that are causing these failures? I ask to determine if I get all new pivot shoes for al ... (cont.)

25 year old vinyl replacement window.. the metal recoil in the balance snapped. That helps raise an lower the sash.. I need 4 of them

I believe you call it a roller? But I have one that is completely broken in half that goes in the left side of the window and the window has a port that fits in the metal circle and that's the part thAt Allows the window to move up and down...I also submitted a picture of the label that says who mak ... Looking to identify what parts these are to order replacements. No stamping on the plastic cover but coil spring shows a stamp of 407. Looking for the entire assembly. 7/8"W x 1 1/4"D x 3 1/8"H.
