Good Day Trying to locate these parts for my Simonton double hung windows can you help please. One is called a pivot shoe need 4 pcs of that and the other is called the Pivot bar and we need 8 pcs of this one. please see pictures attached for dimensions. Thanks

I am looking for a replacement coil assembly for series 6500 Simonton double hung window. What is the part number. It is not on the original assembly

Looking to identify what parts these are to order replacements. No stamping on the plastic cover but coil spring shows a stamp of 407. Looking for the entire assembly. 7/8"W x 1 1/4"D x 3 1/8"H.

Trying to find the replacement pivot shoe for the left side one is cracked and will no longer slide up and down (first picture). I have not removed it, but thought maybe it could be identified by the window part number/details (second picture)

The coil in one of our windows broke. The metal coil is 1/2" wide and does not have any other markings on it. There are two coil casings (?) next to each other that measure 3 1/8 tall together, 1 1/2" wide, and 3/4" deep with the following number on them: H8637MX. The plastic roller inside the casin ... Got this out of my window and I know I need a 408 coil spring. I want to replace the pivot shoe also. I don't think that your part number 15-192 is right. They aren't broken just want to replace them while I have it all apart. Thank you.
