All of the bottom parts of a coil balance are breaking

Hello, A number of my pivot shoes have broken and am looking for a suitable replacement part. I can provide more pictures if you need more info. Thank you!

Trying to find the replacement pivot shoe for the left side one is cracked and will no longer slide up and down (first picture). I have not removed it, but thought maybe it could be identified by the window part number/details (second picture)

My daughter bought a house and the window pivot shoes on one window have broken. I am including photos of the window model number as well as the channel. Hoping that you can give me the replacement parts and instructions on how to install it.Thank you!

The coil in one of our windows broke. The metal coil is 1/2" wide and does not have any other markings on it. There are two coil casings (?) next to each other that measure 3 1/8 tall together, 1 1/2" wide, and 3/4" deep with the following number on them: H8637MX. The plastic roller inside the casin ... Hi, I have 2 windows side by side that no longer hold open due to some parts falling out. Also, the anti burglar locks are missing. Images attached. My contractor is looking for the parts locally, but perhaps we can order them from you. I appreciate your help.

Got this out of my window and I know I need a 408 coil spring. I want to replace the pivot shoe also. I don't think that your part number 15-192 is right. They aren't broken just want to replace them while I have it all apart. Thank you.

I have a window that this part is broke on both sides.

I need four pivot shoes for the simonton 5500 series windows. Attached picture shows one that has not broken yet but is out of the window cuz other one broke.

The spring coils seem fine but the pivot shoes are damaged. Looking for pivot shoe. I added pictures of the coil and shoe as well as window info. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks Jim
