I need parts for three of these windows.

Need some help. Need the parts for this tilting window. Window is marked Prism and was installed in 2008. Sorry but the other side of the plastic is gone.

Please look at pictures and tell me what parts I can buy for repair Unknown part is first pic on the left with Phillips screw I don't know what it is or does thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Got this out of my window and I know I need a 408 coil spring. I want to replace the pivot shoe also. I don't think that your part number 15-192 is right. They aren't broken just want to replace them while I have it all apart. Thank you.

I have a window that this part is broke on both sides.

I need four pivot shoes for the simonton 5500 series windows. Attached picture shows one that has not broken yet but is out of the window cuz other one broke.

The spring coils seem fine but the pivot shoes are damaged. Looking for pivot shoe. I added pictures of the coil and shoe as well as window info. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks Jim

Need to know what hardware to order for these windows. The sash guide actually broke on one side and there is no name of any Brand on any of the windows anywhere.

The tilt latch is 2 5/8 by 5/8 x 3/8. Need multiples of these both left and right. The sash break above is broken. Do I need to replace the piece shown above and the coil? A balance shoe in another window broke/split. I want to replace the entire mechanism.

Hello I am in need of three window balancers I have attached a photo of the style balancer that I need the left and right for the window with the label X0078, and the right balancer for the window with the label X0035. Please any assistance is greatly appreciated

Hello, we recently bought a house that has Simonton windows in it. I am not sure when they were installed but one of the windows needs a shoe and balance as it doesn't stay up when opened. I have one window where the top falls down whenever the locks are unlocked. I have another couple windows where the bottom tends to shift to one side if I open it.
