Need to know what hardware to order for these windows. The sash guide actually broke on one side and there is no name of any Brand on any of the windows anywhere.

The tilt latch is 2 5/8 by 5/8 x 3/8. Need multiples of these both left and right. The sash break above is broken. Do I need to replace the piece shown above and the coil? A balance shoe in another window broke/split. I want to replace the entire mechanism.

Hello, we recently bought a house that has Simonton windows in it. I am not sure when they were installed but one of the windows needs a shoe and balance as it doesn't stay up when opened. I have one window where the top falls down whenever the locks are unlocked. I have another couple windows where the bottom tends to shift to one side if I open it. Hello, I've been having difficulty finding a replacement part. I was trying to clean the window and as I was carefully doing that I heard a snap from the window sash horseshoe lock set. The top paine will not stay up. The coil is broken. It has the number 336 J on it. Coil is 3/4" wide. The plastic piece is broken I multiple places. I will need replacements for both sides. Thanks

The plastic housing on the pivot mechanism for the left side of my window snapped in half. Both the metal cylinder and plastic housing are stamped "CHINA". The metal cylinder also has 15/60 stamped on it. The piece that broke is connected by a metal coil that is in another housing that is screwed ... (cont.)
