The pivot piece is missing. Do you sell a complete kit That would fit this window with the pivot and shoe thing ??

Need help finding the right parts and replacement tips. Hoping you guys have both.

I need to replace both mechanisms for my tilt windows. The part on the window was sort of "L" shaped and the part within the casement is also need replacement.Both sides of the window need replacement.Pictures (of what is left) are attached. Support, I have a CertainTeed window with broken coil springs. The housing part number (at least one half) is AI-87598 and the spring part number is AS 400. Can you let me know the correct spring to purchase? Thank you. -David

Looking for help identifying a pivot shoe part number for a Simonton window. Measurements appear to match those of the CertainTeed Part number 15-192 but it looks slightly different than the part on the website. These windows were installed about 25 years ago. One of them does not stay up. I realized there is a spring coil on either side of the track and they are both broken. It appears that both the left and right side coils have broken on my CertainTeed Window. The metal coil appears to be the part that is broken. Can you give me the price and part number(s) of what I need to repair this? Thanks, Nathan

Have a single window coil that need to replace on a few windows. It appears that where the cylinder sits snapped. There is a left and right balance in the window

The white part on the left of this picture is what I ordered but it does not fit. The part on the right is the actual part I need. The only tag on the window jamb is shown in picture #2 but I cannot identify the manufacturer of the window with this information.

Need pivot shoes for simonton windows the 15-192 appears to be the correct part but need to know if my original pivot bars will work with these.

the tabs on the bottom of my window do not fit in to the new pivot shoes ...they are too wide ... can i get new tabs that will work in the new pivot shoes? i was able to reuse the old pivot shoes, but their days are numbered ... thx, c

So I had hardy windows in orange county help me do the install. The spring 170-405 worked fine however the lance spring cover and the pivot shoe did not work because the spring cover has a long plastic tunnel for the screw and the old Lance covers do not have that so we used my old shoes and my old ...
