Hello, I have a customer with a Certainteed double hung window with what appears to be a #170 coil balance. However, the only stamp on the balance that I can locate is 10 J. Can you make any sense of this? Thanks for your help,

I have a window where the balance has came uncoiled. I cannot open or tilt in the window right now because of it. We have 13 Certainteed double hung windows that will not open or close so perhaps the balance springs need to be replaced. Certainteed was bought out by plygem so possibly they will not honor the lifetime warranty. Can we buy parts from you and instructions on how to repair these windows? My husband ... (cont.)

15-192 is close to what we need. only thing ribs on pivot and narrower entrance for pivot bar. is there a different number or do I need to modify this number to fit

Cil balance is broke need to replace. Don't know which part to buy

I need to replace both mechanisms for my tilt windows. Support, I have a CertainTeed window with broken coil springs. The housing part number (at least one half) is AI-87598 and the spring part number is AS 400. Can you let me know the correct spring to purchase? Thank you. -David

Have a single window coil that need to replace on a few windows. It appears that where the cylinder sits snapped. There is a left and right balance in the window
