Greetings, First time attempting to replace anything window related so I'm hoping for a little assistance. The cam shoe on one of my 16 year old Simonton windows cracked. Looking for help identifying a pivot shoe part number for a Simonton window. Measurements appear to match those of the CertainTeed Part number 15-192 but it looks slightly different than the part on the website. I've included two photos of the broken one and one of a working piece from another windo ... (cont.)

I have had 1 pivot shoe that broke. The window was made 12/15/1995...Job #107990 Order # 190684...I am trying to replace but I do not know the part number...attached are the pictures of the broken piece. Can you help me determine the correct replacement piece?Thank You,John

I don't see any markings or numbers on the window or track or hardware. I saw some similar items on your site, but they don't seem to be deep enough. These windows were installed about 25 years ago. One of them does not stay up. I realized there is a spring coil on either side of the track and they are both broken. How can I identify the parts I need and order them? I am not very good with handyman's work. But, I can ask a friend to help me.The o ... (cont.)

It appears that both the left and right side coils have broken on my CertainTeed Window. The metal coil appears to be the part that is broken. Can you give me the price and part number(s) of what I need to repair this? Thanks, Nathan

Have a single window coil that need to replace on a few windows. It appears that where the cylinder sits snapped. There is a left and right balance in the window

The white part on the left of this picture is what I ordered but it does not fit. The part on the right is the actual part I need. The only tag on the window jamb is shown in picture #2 but I cannot identify the manufacturer of the window with this information.

Need pivot shoes for simonton windows the 15-192 appears to be the correct part but need to know if my original pivot bars will work with these.

the tabs on the bottom of my window do not fit in to the new pivot shoes ...they are too wide ... can i get new tabs that will work in the new pivot shoes? i was able to reuse the old pivot shoes, but their days are numbered ... thx, c

Looking for replacement for the part shown

So I had hardy windows in orange county help me do the install. The spring 170-405 worked fine however the lance spring cover and the pivot shoe did not work because the spring cover has a long plastic tunnel for the screw and the old Lance covers do not have that so we used my old shoes and my old ... The number on the coil belts of this particular window is 408 I don't know if these are hand it if they are I would need a left and a right and a left three pieces total

The markings say 409 j
