Hi, I took out my window sash on my curtain teed windows but now can't get them back in because the center piece has no outlet. The parts all are working fine can I use this replacement? Or even find a new metal core that would fit to get them back in?

No markings on the vinyl window or frame. The metal window locks carry the name CertainTeed. The lower window will not remain in an elevated position, when released it drops back to the bottom of track in freefall. We have 13 Certainteed double hung windows that will not open or close so perhaps the balance springs need to be replaced. 15-192 is close to what we need. only thing ribs on pivot and narrower entrance for pivot bar. is there a different number or do I need to modify this number to fit

Support, I have a CertainTeed window with broken coil springs. The housing part number (at least one half) is AI-87598 and the spring part number is AS 400. Can you let me know the correct spring to purchase? Thank you. -David
