82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever

Hi, Door lock latch handle snapped off, not sure if I need just this handle piece or the whole inside parts or handle assembly, haven't taken the door handle apart yet. There's an MM logo, no other marks... Thank you. Colin

I have the 82-240 but it's style is "up to lock" and "down to unlock". So when the door is locked my dogs can unlock the door but pushing it down. Do you have a thumb lever (same dimensions) that is "down to lock"?

this is the lock part to the handle on the 450 series sliding door which just cracked off .I would like to find just the part so I dont have to buy the whole handle.

My door handle metal portion is about 1 inch and the rest is a larger white area that fits into a hole of the same size. Would your handle still work?

Hi, I took a few pictures of the patio door handle and I need a replacement lever that locks the door. I wanted to know if 82-240 will fit in the slot. The slot is shaped at a 45 degree angle which looks like this "/". Thank you.

i need a replacement lever that fits the certainteed Double Hook Mortise Lock. Part no. 82-238 Here are some pictures of the handle I have. Hope it helps in determining which lever I need.
