82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever

The thumb-turn broke off. Mortise lock still works. Handle is approximately 7 inches tall with approximately 5-inch screw centers. Looking for a replacement handle set.

As seen the metal piece broke off the latch. Do you carry this part?

Pictured handle has one prong broken off the replacement requires two prongs. The parts I have been able to find have a spacer holding my handle away from the door. Thus the door pull I have places pressure on the lock lever not allowing the lever to move. The handle I need sits directly against t ... (cont.)

Hello, been trying to find the proper fitting handle/mortice lock. Didn't realize there were so many variations. The lock slide is centered, and the mortice has a square opening which is also centered (middle hole pic 3).

I'm having difficulty identifying the hardware brand. The roto latch broke, and the keyed entry side of the hardware just spins. Will the roto multi-point mortise latch lever you sell work with this?

The broken piece is the white lever that toggles the lock from inside the house. It goes with the 82-238 mortise lock. Trying to see if I can get a replacement part for just the lever arm.

I cannot find any identifying model numbers or anything like that to give you more specifics on what door it is. Here is a picture of the broken Latch. It measures about 2 and 3/4 inches long overall. The Dog leg and with the broken spines measures about 1 5/8" long overall. The spines are about 7/ ... (cont.)
