82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever

The part I ordered seems to be for opposite hand. From inside room doors slides to its left.

The lock snib found to be broken and cannot lock. The manufacture seems to be Millard, and part number of the snib is HA0423WH.

See attached Photo, your Legacy 82-089 handles will work for us, however some of our locks use a Square Peg vs a flat peg to operate the lock. Does the Legacy style come with the square peg or is there another handle set that does. Or Can we purchase the handle sets and buy square pegs seperately. ... (cont.)

This Milguard lever is about 2 1/2" in length. The 2 little tabs on the end of the lever broke off. Can you please suggest a replacement? I saw one of your products that looked very similar... but it did -not- have the 4 "teeth" on the shaft. Thank you

My lock lever broke. I bought a Swisco 82-240 lever but it doesn't fit my door. A Swisco agent told me my handle set looks like a combination of different handles and locks. What does that mean? My handle screws are 4 inches apart. The outside is keyed. How can I get my lock back? ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace this locking mechanism. The handle the goes to it is also in one of the photos. The metal lock is 9" in length with 4 screws. Do you perhaps have a similar part?

Hello, the lever stopped working for my Milgard sliding glass patio door installed in 1995. The lever looks broken. The double hooks in the mortise also seem stuck. And i couldn't wiggle the mortise lock out of the opening.

Looking for a replacement 2 point latch. Ply Gem part number is 3011041. Thanks

Thank you for your response to my inquiry. please see the attached pictures. The door will not stay locked when the handle is turned upward. The Plate attached to the door's frame measures 6.5 inches x1.25 inches. Thank you, Darrell

Need loxk mechanism, level to lock/unlock door. Would also consider buying full replacement.
