Hi, As per your website, your part#82-240 lever arm is 1 3/16" Yet my broken one was measured at 1" Is it workable? Kindly review and advise. Thanks Stewart

The lower lever is the one I need. I received the upper lever. Note the difference in the location of the handle in relation to the pivot piece. Hi need a replacement milgard door latch. The one I've tried ordering is offset differently and won't fit the door handle unfortunately. The shaft is totally fine just the handle is offset differently. Do you have something like the two photos I sent? Thanks

I ordered 82-240 and the latch lever is approxametly 0-1/2" short It should be around 1-1/2" versis 1" Would you know the correct part number

Looking for a thumb lever / latch that will fit into the pictures mortise. The 82-240 latch will not fit into the mortise that I have. I need the latch that is similar to the one in the 82-030 handle.

Door is in locked position and the lock control does not release it so i cannot open the door.
