82-240 Roto Multi-Point Mortise Latch Lever

We keep breaking the thumb latch on a 3' sliding patio door. The thumb latches I purchased, 82-240, don't work. These doors Were installed in 2004 if that helps.

I am looking for a replacement lever for this sliding glass patio door. The hardware says "made in new zealand". The first picture is the part that I am looking for, the latch/lever mechanism broke but everything else works. Thanks!

Slidingdoor handle latch for locking broken in last pic.

I need to replace the entire handle I imagine.

I can't seem to find the right latch lever to replace my broken one. It is 2-3/4" long. Since the pet that fits into the square hole in mortise, I don't know how long it should be. The distance of the base of the square piece the goes into mortise to the outside lever is about 0.42". Pls help me id ... (cont.)

It seems like this may fix part of the problem if it will fit. Lock will not function with the lever on the inside nor the key. We have two doors exactly alike. On the one the button in the center of the mortise piece is broken off. Not sure what parts of the handle I need. Thank you ... (cont.)

Good day, i purchased a home and I do not have a key for the patio door, my only access to to rear of the house. Dimensions are 11 and 3/4 overall length. 11 inches center to center of screws and 3/4 inch wide. Hopefully you can help me. thanks Christian

This hardware has no markings other than "Made in New Zealand".I purchased the same lock lever from Swisco about 2 years ago and there may be a record of it.Thomas
